Wojak, also known as Feels Guy, has been a core meme figure for over a decade. Originating on 4chan, his sad, bald face became a symbol of online angst, regret, and market pain, especially on crypto Twitter. On November 2, 2025, WOJAK launched on pump fun by @slurptoshi as a coin explicitly tied to that legacy.
@slurptoshi shared his reasoning for the launch, saying he always wanted a real Wojak coin. He called it the best meme in crypto and the only top meme without a proper coin. He framed WOJAK as a long-term project built in the bear, not a short-term trend.
The official @WojakOnX account began posting daily Wojak memes after its previous account, @WojakPosts, was suspended. Between November 5 and 12, it shared over 120 posts.
On November 11, digital artist Beeple, known for his record-breaking NFT sale and daily “Everydays” series, unexpectedly boosted WOJAK’s visibility. His “IT’S STIMMY TIME!!” artwork featured a pole-dancing trader with a small Wojak tattoo.
@DexGemsReal, an early TROLL supporter, backed Wojak by posting about it and claiming to have acquired 2% of the supply.
Another mention came from @MINHxDYNASTY, who posted a different variation of a Wojak meme.
On November 25, trader SkyClaw (@tyfloki) posted his first tweet since 2021, calling WOJAK his “favorite internet meme since ever.” Known for calling FLOKI early at $5M and retiring off it, the post quickly picked up traction.
While market cap has varied, WOJAK reached a peak of $10.3M within nine days of launch. On November 25, it hit a new all-time high of $29M despite broader market slowdown, driven by steady meme output and organic adoption of the “S-tier” meme. Community posts frequently compare it to PEPE, framing it as a culturally loaded meme with long-term potential.
