Boob was created with one mission: to spread breast cancer awareness. While its X page, @boobillions, uses humor around boobs as a universal sign of fun, it has also partnered with Keep A Breast to support awareness efforts.

Fitzy, who is the CTO lead, explained why he took over the project, saying he wanted to move away from niche, insider-style memes and focus on something simple that more people could understand and share.

On April 2, The Giving Block, a company that helps nonprofits raise funds through crypto, highlighted the work of @keepabreast and @boobillions, noting that $69K had already been raised in just two months.

After Pump fun introduced Charity Coins, which allow creator fees to be routed to causes through donatedotgg, the structure aligned with what Boob was already doing. Not long after, it reached a $5.84M all-time high, with Fitzy saying the project could become a reference point for future charity-driven tokens.

More posts followed highlighting the donation totals and visibility. One post from @CryptoTalkMan noted that over $75K had been donated to breast cancer awareness.
