For years, people believed Sirius was the first ?Bitcoin cat.? It even ran to a $15M+ ATH on that assumption. But that was never the full truth. Sirius was the username - not the cat. Over time, the identity got mixed up. The actual cat predates Bitcoain entirely. Meet $WHUT. WHUT is one of the original LOLcatz from 2007, from the same era as "I Can Has Cheezburger", Ceiling Cat, and Longcat. In 2010, after Satoshi launched BitcoinTalk, one of the earliest replies ( exactly second reply ) came from a user named Sirius, who posted a cat image - WHUT cat.
