Introducing Strands 🧬 Strands is a community first experiment focused on creation lineage and reward. Users can create unique Strands inspired by DNA. Each Strand can be mutated co signed and evolved forming a living lineage over time. Creating Strands is free. After one week Strands naturally decay. Decayed Strands are tokenised as NFTs and airdropped to the original creator. Each NFT receives a base price determined by rarity calculated by the Strands algorithm. Rarity is influenced by factors such as how early a Strand appears in its lineage. All airdropped NFTs are fully tradeable and launch with a 0.1 SOL floor funded by protocol fees from the dev wallet. Before decay Strands are about participation and creation. After decay the main utility becomes ownership rarity and trading. Strands is about building together and rewarding those who start early.
