A design for paying on-chain revenue out to token holders by time held rather than by snapshot. The distribution program failed three independent security reviews and is NOT shipping; all three reviews are published in full. What exists today is research: a deterministic entitlement indexer, and a census of the Token-2022 mints that can have code attached to their transfers within a named, documented population — both Apache-2.0 and reproducible by anyone. On the fees, precisely: creator fees accrue to an address no keypair can sign for, and only a program deployed at BBLABjcv74dbcoc3gSsKkSW5PyswweTJJChQxoc2VVbF could ever move them. That program is not deployed, and this project holds the key that could deploy it. So the fees are FROZEN, not destroyed, and we are the ones who could unfreeze them. We will not deploy a program that has not passed independent review.
