Ticker: $ZATS

I wanted to create a coin that meant something before anyone traded it.
Most tokens begin with an arbitrary supply. A billion. A hundred million. A number chosen because it looks right.
I wanted mine to begin with a number that already meant something somewhere else.
One ZEC contains exactly 100,000,000 zats.
So I built ZATTOO around that denomination.
But the number was only the beginning.
I wanted a supply that could move in only one direction.
Down.
Dust is burned. Nullified notes are burned. Nothing is designed to restore what has already disappeared.
I also wanted the program to recognize something beyond its own chain.
Not a website button. Not a wallet connection.
A real Zcash transaction carrying a memo.
An instruction that originates on another blockchain, where the sender can remain private.
That decision introduced a difficult problem: verification.
So I designed a header chain and a witness mechanism around it. Anyone should be able to verify the evidence rather than simply trust a server.
The website follows the same philosophy.
No invented numbers. No simulated activity. No controls pretending to change the underlying rules.
If something hasn't happened, its field stays empty.
I made the homepage look like a research paper because I wanted to present a claim that others could examine, question, and verify.
ZATTOO is not an attempt to make another ZEC.
It is an experiment in what happens when a Solana token inherits a real denomination from another chain, accepts external evidence, and follows rules designed to make its supply irreversible.
And there is one final principle behind the entire project.
You should be able to know far more about the system than the system knows about you.
That's what I wanted to build.
