The poor dog may not make it. These women are a danger...they are violent and animal abuse is a FELONY! Why aren't they behind bars??? The police say it's under investigation....bla bla bla...I bet yet another animal abuser will get off scot free!! It's just not fair! Btw the dog's name is Gigi and she is 2.8 lbs. What can be done?
