Pokédex Entry #047 – Trumparang Type: Normal / Psychic Category: The Sovereign Pokémon Height: 6’02” (human form) / 18’09” (Mega Trumparang) Weight: 239.9 lbs (refuses to disclose actual weight) Ability: Huge Ego (boosts all stats by +2 whenever it enters a battle with a crowd watching) Hidden Ability: Golden Tower (creates an entry hazard that drains 1/8 of the opponent’s money… er, HP each turn)** Official Pokédex Description: Trumparang is said to have appeared when a legendary deal was struck between humans and Pokémon. With its unmistakable golden mane and crimson tie, it believes itself to be the chosen leader of all Pokémon. It constantly proclaims that it alone can make the Pokémon world great again. Other Pokémon are mysteriously compelled to follow its commands, even Legendary and Mythical Pokémon have been seen nodding in confused agreement after hearing its signature move, “You’re Gonna Love Me.” Signature Move: Covfefe Blast Power: ??? Accuracy: 100 Effect: A deafening, rambling Psychic-type attack that confuses the opponent and sharply raises Trumparang’s Attack, Sp. Atk, and Speed. The power increases the more times Trumparang has tweeted during the battle (max 250). Lore: Trumparang reigns from the tallest golden tower in the center of the region. It has never lost a battle because every time it’s about to faint, it simply declares the battle “rigged,” refuses to leave the field, and the referees mysteriously rule in its favor. Even Arceus itself is rumored to have sighed and handed over the Plates after a 47-hour negotiation. It is the undisputed alpha. No Pokémon dares challenge its claim as “the strongest, the best, believe me, the most powerful Pokémon of all time, maybe ever.” Those that try are immediately hit with a lifelong debuff called “Fake News,” which lowers their accuracy to 0 and makes them unable to stop apologizing.
