Tiffany Milanovich is a U.S.-based threat actor exposed by onchain investigator ZachXBT for orchestrating customer support impersonation scams that stole at least $5 million in cryptocurrency. The Trezor Theft • The Incident: In June 2026, a victim lost $1.2 million in Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) after their Trezor hardware wallet was drained. • The Method: The attack started with a spoofed email disguised as BitcoinIRA (using the alias "Patricia Massie") followed by a phone call where Milanovich posed as support staff to trick the victim into giving up access.
