PARQ — park size, move liquidity. An order enters a bay and waits, visible and cancellable, until a counterpart arrives. Price first, then time; the side that parked first sets the price. The status is owned by Postgres, every change writes a row that triggers refuse to delete, and quantities are integer base units so no float ever touches money. Settlement is NOT built. `SETTLED` exists in the type and no code path produces it — an order that is matched here is waiting for a mechanism that does not exist yet. $PARQ has no mechanism either. It does not fund the product, does not pay holders, and entitles you to nothing.
