My thesis on why do I sized $MASK :
• What it is: a ZK privacy layer that plugs into the wallet you already use (MetaMask, Rabby, Ledger, Trezor). No new wallet, no new seed, no custody. Shield, send, swap and withdraw, all private. Live on Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain, Robinhood Chain and Monad.
• Doxxed founder: Tomas Krnak, a public cryptographer. He and his team are $ZEC devs who built shielded Zcash support into Trezor firmware on a Zcash Foundation grant.
• Real usage: $132.8M in private volume since Oct 1, now ~$5M a day. A 0.5% fee on deposits and withdrawals brings in ~$25K a day, verifiable on Dune.
• Buybacks: 100% of protocol fees buy back and burn $MASK, with public updates almost daily. 3.65% of the supply is already burned.
• ZEC rewards: holders get paid in $ZEC automatically. $2.3M (1,728 ZEC) distributed so far.
• Cheap: ~$10.9M market cap vs ~$9M in annualized fees, about 1.2x. $HYPE trades near 27x revenue.
• Compliance built in: every deposit is screened (OFAC, Chainalysis, AMLBot), plus viewing keys and revocation keys. A privacy tool institutions can actually use, unlike Tornado Cash.
• Narrative: privacy is the meta of this cycle. $ZEC is top 10 (~$22.8B), has a US spot ETF and nearly tripled since July while BTC, ETH and SOL are red on the month. ZEC and $HYPE are the altcoins of this cycle, and $MASK is a small-cap bet on both: it pays in ZEC and runs the HYPE playbook of fees into buybacks.
• Catalysts: Solana support, private perps, MetaMask integration talks, Points Season 1 ending Jan 17.
• Risks: down ~69% from ATH, part of the volume is points farming, top 10 wallets hold ~58%, rewards shrink if trading volume drops, and privacy regulation can tighten
This will look obvious when we at +100M
