GRITS n GLAM Born in Bethesda, Maryland and raised in Oceanside, California, Chef Kevin “FeloniousChef” Glam has spent more than 15 years turning kitchens into stages and meals into experiences. From the first line cook position at 18 to leading professional kitchens, his philosophy has always been simple: Don’t just serve food. Tell a story.
