He was working in a beach restaurant in Chipiona, which is a coastal town of the province of Cádiz in southern Spain. In the restaurant they cooked Spanish food, among other things they made large paellas on the beach for lunch. He was a teenager and had no experience, around 2 am the owner of the restaurant told him to clean the large frying pans in which paellas are cooked leave them on the side of the beach drying for the next day. He left them as he told him and went to sleep. The next day he slept in and the owner had to go to wake him up and rush him to work as he woke up (with all hair made a mess) in the first swimming shorts he could find without any shirt and in flip flops. The owner sent him to go quickly for the paelleras (the large pans) because they were already late to start cooking. When he got to the beach the water reached the restaurant and all the pans were gone in the sea. The guy started laughing (like he does in the video) at the sight of this, he managed to find one pan stuck in the rocks on the side of the beach and he showed up to the restaurant all wet with 1 pan out of 20. The owner asked him for the other 19 and he told him to go take a look at the sea while laughing. The owner had two open giant bags of rice and just caught seafood and nowhere to cook them. So he told him to go call to some guys in Seville to bring 19 pans, the guy was running wet with one giant pan to call to Seville. They had to pay 510 pesetas per pan and after that the guy just left to Huelva on his own until today without saying a thing. The guy is nicknamed Risitas by everyone in the story apparently which means “laughters” in a loving way, so he was known for his laughter.
