X just pushed more For You code to GitHub. Credit to @XOpenSource. What this drop does to your feed: - Retrieval now prefers posts you sit on. Candidate pull now uses long dwell, so posts people actually read get into the mix more. Quick skims and short video taps count less when the system is picking what to rank. - Bots can send accounts to X Review. Safety bots can file proactive reports on posts or profiles, including impersonation. A bot report can land you in review with no user reporter attached͏. - Link-card titles get tagged for safety. Classifiers now see a labeled card title, not just the tweet text. A spicy link title can trigger a label even if your caption looks clean. - Ranking keeps a second backbone score. For You and Following now keep inner model scores, not only the final blend. A second score stream can reshuffle what you see if those scores get used. - Ranking wipes leftover embeddings. Unused embedding slots are zeroed so one post cannot leak into the next. If leftover junk was helping some posts, those ranks can drop. http://github.com/xai-org/x-algorithm
