A class-action lawsuit filed in the Southern District of New York alleges that the memecoin platform Pump.fun operated with a system "resembling a slot machine booth on the front," holding more than $5.5 billion in assets through deceptive digital asset schemes. The lawsuit, filed Wednesday, names Pump.fun's operators, including the alias developer Bernie, its parent company Baton Corp., and infrastructure partners Solana Labs, Solana Foundation, Jito Labs, and Jito Foundation as defendants.
