Scientific Name: Lepus Carcharodon (Colloquially: "The Sea-Bunny") Habitat: Deep oceanic trenches and surprisingly, vast fields of giant sea-kelp. Origin Story (The "Glitch in the Reef") In the bioluminescent depths of the Mariana Trench, a rare and peculiar species of abyssal rabbit (known for its oversized ears that act as sonar dishes) found itself cornered by a colossal, ancient shark. In a desperate, instinctual move, the rabbit did not flee; instead, it burrowed with impossible speed. It didn't dig into the sand, but rather into a strange, concentrated vortex of dark energy that served as a dimensional gateway. The fusion was instantaneous and chaotic. The rabbit’s genetic material rewrote the shark's form, and the shark’s immense power infused the rabbit. The result was not a hybrid creature that suffered, but a transcendent one: The Snacker. Appearance and Physiology The creature retains the overall silhouette and immense, terrifying jaws of a prehistoric shark, but the occupant is definitively a fluffy, wide-eyed rabbit. The Jaws: Massive, cartilaginous shark jaws line the opening, filled with razor-sharp teeth. They are perfect for crushing clams, coconuts, and even submarine hulls. The Face: Perfectly centered within the shark's maw is the impossibly soft, fluffy face of a grey-and-white rabbit. Its eyes are large, dark, and eternally innocent, providing a stark contrast to the terrifying teeth that frame it. The Ears: The signature long rabbit ears (which appear in the upper part of the shark's head) are made of a unique, leathery, hydrodynamic cartilage. They act as sonar receivers, capable of detecting a single carrot dropped on the ocean floor miles away, or the approach of a predator. The Target: The grey circular Target logo on the lower right of its mouth isn't a brand—it’s a natural, metallic, scale-like plate. It’s the creature’s only weak point and also its primary weapon, acting as a homing beacon for its teleportation ability.
