Does this thing work? Let's run an experiment, can a crypto coin get people in shape? Background, i'm 40 years old and 8 weeks out from heart surgery to repair a congenital heart defect. Despite this, i've been training and playing competitive sport consistently for the past 20 years. The world is saturated with fitness influencers selling you crap whilst being pumped full of performance enhancing drugs. It's gross. I'd like to share my simple approach and hopefully shed some light on an industry which profits from overcomplicating. I'm going to be livestreaming all of my workouts as I recover from my surgery and look to get back in shape, as well as sharing everything I eat and drink HONESTLY. My goal is to show everyone that you need next to nothing to $TRAIN effectively. Would love to see people tag along and progress with this oldish guy.
