i built an offchain deployer for one reason: launching coins should not be bottlenecked by complexity, gatekeeping, or unnecessary control over metadata authority. with this system, anyone can create an offchain coin through a simple flow that removes the usual friction from the process. the coin does not begin with pump.fun or any outside platform holding authority over its metadata, because there is no onchain metadata account for them to control at launch. instead, the asset only materializes when the first buy happens, and that moment is triggered directly by the connected wallet. the deployer automatically creates the offchain coin and executes an initial buy of .0001 sol from the user’s connected wallet, allowing the coin to come into existence through the wallet itself rather than through some centralized launcher pretending to own the process. that means authority begins where it should begin: with the participant creating market activity, not with a middleman. this is the point of the deployer. we shouldn't let pump control anything. offchain is just a proxy into spl2022 provided by pump but it is NOT built on their platform. code instructions: https://pastebin.com/8nqpL9sk
