Fulcimen splits market revenue between holders and liquidity in whole cents, and both halves add back up exactly: rewards + liquidity = revenue, and the sum of every payout equals the pot. No floats touch a payout. Before a cent is divided, the chain is asked who owns each account. Only System Program accounts are wallets. Bonding curves, AMM vaults and escrows are dropped — because a curve in the holder list means the market pays itself and every real holder is quietly diluted. Twenty backing assets, every mint verified by address rather than by symbol. A price we cannot read shows an em dash, never a zero. $FULC never asks for a private key and never asks you to sign a transaction.
