Realistic Troll Face or Realistic Trollface is a version of the Trollface meme and Rage Comics character designed in a hyperrealistic style to more closely resemble a real human being. Numerous realistic trollface renders were uploaded online throughout the 2010s and 2020s, with some created by people and others using AI. In May 2026, a specific, AI-generated realistic trollface render by Instagram user Linus Ekenstam (linusekenstam) went viral on TikTok as the subject of memes, including a series of prank videos in which the trollface is emailed to or shown to teachers in unexpected ways. In the original video by Ekenstam, the realistic trollface says, "Hey! You might know me already, but I’m here to introduce myself as the most famous man on the internet. The main question though, what does a simple man like me do for a living?"
