DigiCash was an electronic money corporation founded by David Chaum, the father of cryptocurrency, in the 1980s before the creation of Bitcoin. DigiCash crypto transactions were unique in that they were anonymous and privacy-focused. It is also worth mentioning that DigiCash's first cryptocurrency, known as eCash, played a significant role in pioneering digital payment systems and the cryptocurrency world.
