Meet Neném, the famous Brazilian “Gatoelho”! Neném is a cat from Taió, Santa Catarina, Brazil. He has a rare genetic condition called Short Spine Syndrome (related to a Manx-type mutation). Because of this, his spine is shortened and compressed.
