Okina Matara (摩多羅 隠岐奈) is one of the main antagonists of the Touhou Project franchise. She appears as the main antagonist of Hidden Star in Four Seasons and manga spinoff Visionary Fairies in Shrine, and the overarching antagonist of Sunken Fossil World. She is a "secret god" who is one of the Sages of Gensokyo. Although staying hidden for much of Gensokyo's history, she resurfaced during the "Four Seasons" incident, which she orchestrated as a means to make her presence known once again to Gensokyo's inhabitants. As a Sage of Gensokyo, she collaborated in creating the Great Hakurei Barrier alongside Yukari Yakumo and consequently, the creation of the Gensokyo. She also maintains the order of Gensokyo as one of its creators.
