The Man That Rescues Dogs Foundation(TMTRD ) is a non-profit based in Thailand that rescues, rehabilitates, and cares for sick, injured, and disabled street dogs. They currently look after hundreds of dogs, many of them wheelchair-bound, giving them a second chance at life with love, medical care, and dignity.
