(Social Services & Community Integration) MONCHE aims to help establish more tool libraries within communities everywhere. A tool library is much like a book library. You check out tools, use them, and return them. This reduces demand for tool manufacturing, thus reducing costs over time. Created by Sol Bellafiore in hopes of helping as many people as possible.
