Train (TRAIN): Does this thing work? Let's run an experiment, can a crypto coin get people in shape? Background, i'm 40 years old and 8 weeks out from heart surgery to repair a congenital heart defect. Despite this, i've been training and playing competitive sport consistently for the past 20 years. The world is saturated with fitness influencers selling you crap whilst being pumped full of performance enhancing drugs. It's gross.
