Buttcoin

In 2011, someone on a crypto forum asked 'Has anyone called them buttcoins yet?' and the joke became a parody blog, a 194K-member subreddit, and the original template for crypto skepticism, two years before Dogecoin existed. Now the guy who made all of it, Barry Oners, launched it as an actual token on Solana, which means the coin that spent 15 years mocking 'number go up technology' is now entirely dependent on number going up.
