Fees
Last Updated: 08 October 2026
The following are the fees charged by the pump.fun platform when you use the pump.fun platform. This page is the Fees Page referred to in, and forms part of, the pump.fun Terms of Use (https://pump.fun/docs/terms-and-conditions). Capitalised terms used on this page have the meanings given in the Terms of Use.
| Action | Fee |
|---|---|
| Create a coin | No platform fee, for any pairing. You pay only the Solana network transaction fee and the small SOL deposit the network requires to create the token's on-chain accounts. |
| When a coin graduates from the pump.fun platform to PumpSwap | 0.015 SOL, for every coin regardless of the asset it is paired with. For a SOL-paired coin it is deducted from the bonding curve; for a coin paired with another asset it is paid in SOL by the account that performs the migration (normally pump.fun), unless a user's trade triggers the migration, in which case that user pays it. |
On every trade the creator receives some portion of the total fees. This is referred to as the “Creator fee” and is applicable for all coins that were present on the bonding curve or PumpSwap from the date of May 13th 2025. The fee that goes to the pump.fun platform is referred to as the “Protocol fee”. A portion of the fees also goes back to the pool in the form of liquidity – this is referred to as the “LP fee”. Where a coin's creator has opted in, the Creator fee may be paid to a charity instead; see the Charity Coins Disclaimer (https://pump.fun/docs/charitycoins). Every fee is collected in the quote asset of the pool on which it is charged, never in the coin being traded. For a trade in a single pool, that is the asset the coin is paired with (SOL, USDC, or the other Supported Pair Asset or Secondary Pair Asset). For a trade routed through more than one pool, the Protocol fee is collected in the quote asset of the first pool in the route and the Creator fee (or Holder Rewards) and LP fee in the asset the traded coin is paired with, as described under “Trades routed through more than one pool” below. The value of a fee fluctuates with the asset it is collected in.
A coin may be launched paired with SOL, with USDC, with another Supported Pair Asset on the Custom Pairs list (https://pump.fun/docs/custom-pairs), or, where the platform permits, with another pump.fun coin that was itself launched against a Supported Pair Asset (see Section 30A.10 of the Terms of Use). Coins paired with SOL or USDC use the tiered fee schedules below. Coins paired with any other asset (“Custom Pair coins”) do not use the tiered schedules; they use the flat schedule set out under “Custom Pair coins” below.
The bonding curve fees are as follows for both USDC and SOL tokens:
| Creator fee | Protocol fee | LP fee | Total fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0.300% | 0.95% | 0% | 1.25% |
Coins that launched on the pump.fun platform and have graduated have an associated pool on PumpSwap. This pool is referred to as the “canonical pool”. PumpSwap fees for canonical pools vary depending on the SOL or USDC priced market cap of a coin. The market cap is calculated as the current price of the token in SOL or USDC multiplied by 1 billion tokens. The fee schedule for SOL denominated tokens is as follows:
| Market cap | Creator fee | Protocol fee | LP fee | Total fees |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0 – 420 SOL | 0.300% | 0.930% | 0.020% | 1.250% |

For all other PumpSwap pools that are non-canonical the fees are as follows:
| Creator fee | Protocol fee | LP fee | Total fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0% | 0.05% | 0.25% | 0.3% |
Custom Pair coins
A coin paired with an asset other than SOL or USDC is charged a flat fee on every trade, whatever its market cap. The Creator fee on a Custom Pair coin is fixed and is not set by the creator:
| Venue | Creator fee | Protocol fee | LP fee | Total fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bonding curve | 0.30% | 0.95% | 0% | 1.25% |
| PumpSwap canonical pool | 0.05% | 0.05% | 0.20% | 0.30% |
If the creator of a Custom Pair coin instead enables Holder Rewards at launch (see “Holder Rewards coins” below), the Creator fee shown above is replaced by a single flat Holder Rewards rate that the creator sets at launch, from 0.01% up to a maximum set by the platform (3% at the time of writing), which applies on both the bonding curve and PumpSwap; the Protocol fee and LP fee are unchanged. The Holder Rewards rate chosen for a coin is shown on the coin's page. It cannot be changed after launch except through a community takeover (CTO). The platform may change the flat schedule and the maximum Holder Rewards rate from time to time in accordance with Section 14 of the Terms of Use.
Holder Rewards coins
A creator may choose at launch to direct the Creator fee to holders of the coin instead of to the creator (a “Holder Rewards coin”; see Section 4.8 of the Terms of Use). On a SOL- or USDC-paired Holder Rewards coin, the fee paid to holders is the same tiered Creator fee as on any other coin and only the recipient changes. On a Custom Pair Holder Rewards coin, the fee paid to holders is the flat rate the creator set at launch (see “Custom Pair coins” above). Holder Rewards accumulate in a vault for the coin and are distributed from time to time, in the pool's quote asset, among Wallets holding at least the minimum eligible amount (currently US$20 equivalent) pro rata to their holdings. Before each distribution, an amount is reserved from the vault to cover the network, rent and priority-fee costs of the distribution, up to US$0.20 per eligible holder for coins paired with a token (such as USDC or a Custom Pair asset) and US$0.01 per eligible holder for coins paired with SOL; the costs actually incurred are reimbursed to the platform from that reserve and any unused reserve stays in the vault. Distributions are not run while the vault holds less than the reserve plus a minimum amount (currently US$20), or while the coin has more eligible holders than the platform's current limit. Holder Rewards are therefore paid net of distribution costs and are not guaranteed; the eligibility rules are described in the Terms of Use and in the pump.fun public documentation.
Trades routed through more than one pool
A trade in a coin paired with another pump.fun coin may be routed through more than one pool (for example SOL to the pair coin, then the pair coin to the coin you are buying). On the pump.fun web app, mobile app and Terminal, the Protocol fee is charged once, on the first pool in the chain (the pool furthest from the coin you are trading), at that pool's rate and in that pool's quote asset; and the Creator fee (or Holder Rewards) and LP fee are charged once, on the last pool in the chain (the pool of the coin you are buying or selling), at that coin's rates and in the asset that coin is paired with. Trading interfaces that have not adopted the current pump.fun program may charge Protocol, Creator and LP fees on every pool in the route, so the total fee on such an interface can be a multiple of the rates above.
Cashback coins
Cashback mode is no longer available for new launches. On an existing Cashback coin, the Creator fee is credited back to the buyer as cashback where the trading interface submits the trade using the cashback instructions, and is paid to the creator where it does not; accrued cashback can be claimed through the pump.fun app. A Cashback coin may be converted into a Holder Rewards coin through a CTO.
EVM transactions
On transactions on EVM Blockchains (including Robinhood Chain), the pump.fun platform collects up to 1% of the value of each transaction as part of the transaction, as described in Section 4.7 of the Terms of Use. At the time of writing: transactions routed through the pump.fun bridge carry a flat fee of US$0.05 (in USDC) on each purchase and no percentage fee, and on a sale the amount you receive may be slightly less than the pool proceeds (currently about 0.05% on average); transactions routed through a third-party bridge carry a fee of 0.15% on purchases and 0.10% on sales. The platform pays the network gas on these transactions. These amounts are set by the platform and may change.
Note that none of the pump.fun frontend services (the pump.fun web app, pump.fun/advanced, and the pump.fun mobile app) charge any fees in addition to those above on Solana trades. Fees on EVM transactions are described above. If you access the pump.fun platform or smart contracts via another interface or platform, you may incur additional fees charged by those interfaces or platforms.
These fees may not be separately stated in the total transaction cost. These fees do not include fees charged by third parties which the pump.fun platform does not control, such as fees charged by wallet software or fees charged by the blockchain network (i.e. “gas” fees). The fees applicable to any transaction are determined by the pump.fun smart contracts, and although these fees are displayed by the pump.fun web or mobile app as accurately as possible, there is no guarantee that the transaction fee(s) listed in the web or mobile app will exactly match those charged by the smart contract. The pump.fun platform may change these fees from time to time by updating this page in accordance with Section 14 of the Terms of Use.
